Our standard shipping method is FedEx.
FedEx is a private company and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please use this Zone Map to estimate how long your package will take. Number of days on map does not include weekends. For example, if you are in a 5-day zone, and you order on a Monday, your package will be delivered the next Monday.

FedEx shipping times do not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

FEDEX PACKAGE TRACKING
You will receive an e-mail message containing your FEDEX tracking number and guaranteed delivery date the night we ship the package out.
If you are not receiving the tracking notices, please set your SPAM FILTER to allow messages from FEDEX.com.

If you have any other shipment-related questions or problems you may call FEDEX customer service at 1-800-GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).
You will need your tracking number.

MGN ships orders generally within 2-3 business days.
Note: If the shipping address does not match the billing address on the credit card you gave us, your order may be delayed for verification.

Our shipping charges are based on the actual costs to us as charged by FEDEX or the United States Postal Service.
Shipment within the continental United States are handled by FEDEX

FEDEX does not deliver on weekends or holidays, so please do not include these days when calculating the number of business days it will take to receive your order. FEDEX does not deliver to P.O. boxes, but they can deliver to Mailboxes and other locations if a valid street address is included. If your shipping address is for a Mailboxes Etc. or a similar service, please enter the box number without a P.O. designation.



LOST PACKAGES - If you do not receive your package within a reasonable shipping time, please email us at info@musclegauge.com

 

RETURNS - We will charge you a fee of $20.00 to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged $20.00 per package to have the package(s) re-processed in addition to the charge for shipping the package again. We also will not accept returns of products that have been opened unless the product is not as described.

 

MGN cannot be held responsible for lost packages either nationally or internationally; what we can and will do is make sure that all proper documentation is filled out on your behalf and we will back you up on any claim.
For order destinations in Alaska, American Samoa, Federal States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Military locations (APO/FPO - AA, AE, AP), estimated delivery time for these destination is 3 to 12 days, based on location and customs and service selected.

MGN is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Again, we generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, MGN cannot be responsible.

If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply.
